Practical informations

Best arrival date: Monday, July 3.

Best departure date: Saturday, July 15.

The first lecture will start on Tuesday, July 4, at 9 am.

The summer school will end on Friday, July 14, at 2 pm.

10 days of lectures are planned with one day off (Sunday, July 9).
 

Transportation

    • Arrival. We recommend arriving in Ajaccio on Monday, July 3. Bus shuttles to Cargèse will be schedulled, one in the late morning and one in the afternoon (to be announced).

    • Departure. On the departure day, Saturday, July 15, two shuttles will scheduled from Cargèse to Ajaccio.

Accommodation

Twin rooms (rooms with two beds, shared by two registered participants) are provided on-site or in the village (prior to availabilities).

For special accomodation requests (implying supplementary fees), please contact the organizers.

Your accommodation will be available after your registration has been accepted and paid.

Meals

    • Lunch: breakfast and lunch are provided on-site daily (included in the registration fees), except for the week-end (Saturday and Sunday).
    • Dinner: is not provided. Participants may use restaurants and cafés in Cargèse (not included in the registration fees).
    • Social events: a BBQ dinner and a welcome cocktail will be offered during the school.
